Emergency power system, emergency power supply as backup power supply with a Deutz industrial diesel engine with mechanical speed control and cooling water preheating (230 volts) and three-phase synchronous generator. Motor and generator are mounted elastically on a common skid frame.Other additional features:
Tank capacity 270 litres, refueling directly at the soundproofing hood
Fuel consumption at 50% load 12 litres/hour, sufficient for approx. 22.5 hours of operation
Fuel consumption at 100% load 23 litres/hour, sufficient for approx. 11.7 hours of operation
Internal automatic start-stop (type: Comap AMF 25) with display of all important engine and generator messages. Functional indication digitally on the display. 4-pin generator switch integrated on the unit (generator). Internal battery charger 230 volts - 12 volts DC
Automatic start with mains & generator switching 4-pole
Optional: External emergency power switchgear for installation in the building and 4-pole mains generator switchover with the following dimensions: Height: 700 mm Width: 500 mm Depth: 270 mm
Function: In the event of a power failure, the start command is sent to the diesel unit. When the nominal speed and nominal voltage are reached, the generator switch is switched on. When the mains returns, the automatic system monitors the mains voltage. When this is stable again, the system switches back to mains operation. The diesel unit is stopped after the cooling time and waits in automatic mode for the next power failure.
